International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA)
We designed, conducted, and reported on the first-ever survey of IFLA global membership attitudes, launched in all seven IFLA official languages. Survey insights were enhanced through telephone interviews with an array of respondents across the career arc and around the world, to build a deeper understanding of the value of IFLA membership and the role it plays in representing professionals in different arenas. The research findings were presented to the IFLA governing board to inform their membership strategy and messaging framework for current and potential members.
